2 Connect your simPRO build

Open the setup page and sign in with Google — use the same Google account you'll use in Claude (this is how your connection stays private to you).

Open setup page

Enter your build URL (https://yourbuild.simprosuite.com), your API token, and your company ID.

Where's my API token?
In simPRO under System → Setup → API — create an access token. Admin rights may be needed to enable API access.

3 Connect Claude

In Claude Desktop or Claude.ai: open Settings → ConnectorsAdd custom connector, and paste this URL:

https://promcp.au/mcp

Click Connect and sign in with Google (the same account from step 2). That's it — your connection is already there.

Common questions

Claude connects but says it has no simPRO data

Make sure you saved your connection on the setup page while signed in with the same Google account you use in Claude. If you used a different email, sign into Claude with the account you set up with — or re-save your connection under the right account.

I generated a new API token

Go to the setup page, sign in, and paste the new token — it replaces the old one instantly. Or just tell Claude "update my simPRO connection".

Where do I find my simPRO API token?

In simPRO under System → Setup → API. Create an access token there. You may need admin rights on your build to enable API access.

What's the company ID?

The number in your simPRO URL after /companies/. Most single-company builds use 0. If unsure, leave it as 0 and try — the setup page will tell you if it needs changing.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from the Stripe receipt/portal link in your confirmation email. Access stops at the end of your billing period (or immediately if you cancel during the free trial).

Can I remove my connection?

Yes — on the setup page there's a "Remove connection" option. Your API token is deleted from our encrypted store.
